- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Moved here from Idaho and the contrast is very significant. I've registered 5 vehicles in Pueblo, and am astounded by the inefficiency of the office here compared to Idaho. VIN inspections for out of state registrations, payments, and registrations are all done with a max 1/2 hour wait time in Boise. In Pueblo you go to the Sheriff's office to pay for a VIN inspection, then walk to the actual inspection office, then over to the courthouse when finished and stand in a line of 20 to 45 people to wait your turn. This line has easily taken over an hour to shuffle through. No "take a number and have a seat", just stand in line and shuffle forward. Very tedious exhausting and frustrating, especially if you have misplaced a document or a signature is wrong. Go correct it and start all over again at the end! Staff is friendly so I gave them a "2".By cjbasye, October 24, 2016
