- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Ok bank half of the time. They screwed up our paperwork 3 times. What should have been a two day process took more than a month. Then said they would talk to the manager and do something for us for all the trouble they had caused us. Never heard a word. Update 6/10/17 - Waited 20 minutes in drive-through when there was no one in the lobby and 1 other car in drive through. The other person in the drive-through was extremely upset because they had been waiting a long time also.By Lee Mac, August 03, 2017
