  Wow. What kind of post office doesnt have packing peanuts for fragile shipments? The man looked at me like i was stupid for even asking. Worst post office ive probably ever been too.

  I have gotten two packages that were marked as "failed to deliver" from USPS even though I was home all day and they didn't leave me a slip either time even though they claim they did. I called the post office to see if my package was there and they told me it was. When I went I waited 30 minutes while they looked for it and they said the person on the phone didn't actually look for it and it wasn't at the facility so it must be out for delivery. They took my phone number and said they would call me when the mail man got back but never did and I still haven't gotten either package despite multiple trips to the post office. Also I put a request to hold my mail while I was on a trip and have it delivered to my house on the day I got back but it never was delivered. I've tried calling but all I get is the busy signal and the one time I got through I was hung up on. Now I get to make another trip into the post office to try to get my two packages again and two weeks and a half weeks worth of mail. I'm not confident at all that I will get either. I've never had trouble with USPS until moving to Pueblo.
