  Steve's a really nice guy, personally, but beyond the smile and a handshake when getting sold a policy, the rest is a much different experience. Don't bother asking Steve direct questions during a claim process-he'll divert everything towards the claims dept, and seems to not know or understand the product he's selling, nor standard claims information very well. Communication from this office often requires you put forth the effort, as several past instances have shown, they wont call you back or follow through voluntarily. I even once received the "that employee is no longer with us" as an excuse for the lack of follow through-as if the responsibility of responding to customers walked out the door with that person. I'm amazed by the other review posted-I wouldn't dream of that kind of service out of Steve's office. I'f you expect any sort of old-fashioned, give you a call once a year to personally chat kind of service, you might want to manage your expectations if you purchase from this agency. Otherwise, sure, Steve will sell you a policy with a smile.

  I was in a fender bender at a funeral in Wisconsin in a rental car. Although I had a damage waiver for the rental car, the terms were unclear. When I called Steve, he was amazing!!! He took care of everything in a lengthy conference call (including waiting on hold). I felt VERY well taken care of!! A check was cut to the relative 'I hit' and all is well. Anyone looking for excellent service by people who care can stop looking.
