  Me and my wife Beverly inherited Kevin From our last agent retiring and I am so glad that Kevin is our new Insurance Agent. Kevin is very knowledgeable, personable, and he takes the extra time to explain where your policy might be lacking or you might be over doing it, giving you the peace of mind that you are going to be taken care of in your time of need. If you are looking for a new insurance agent I would highly recomend Kevin Keilbach.

  To be completely honest, I have had nothing but problems here. I was originally set to have auto/life/renters, however, It seemed like nobody understood record keeping because they kept saying i never did the required interviews, which i did three times. the women working up front honestly have no business working with anything that involves legal documents. literally every single month, i had problems with my billing and I cannot count the number of times I had to reset up my auto bill pay. However, the most unprofessional thing happened this past week. I called in around 2 weeks ago, had to leave a voicemail, and never got a call back. I specifically asked to be called back to DISCUSS maybe leaving state farm at the end of august when my policy ended. Rather than call back and get my permission, find out when I would be leaving them or if I would indeed be leaving at all, they sent me a nice letter this past week letting me know that they apparently dropped me that day and I've been without insurance for nearly 2 weeks. not sure how thats legal, or what they misunderstood about me asking them to call me, or how they didn't hear specifically END OF AUGUST or END OF MY POLICY. I am not sad to be leaving this company. I do not recommend at all due to the lack of professionalism and apparent incompetence that is demonstrated with the people in charge of communicating with the paying customers.

  Kevin Keilbach's State Farm Agency is committed to providing great service, rates, and advice. I run a small business from my home and wanted to know if I needed additional insurance coverage for my equipment. Kevin provided all of the information without trying to sell a policy to me that is unnecessary. Kevin is professional, competent and ethical.
