- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Employees are rude, poorly trained and unhelpful. It's very clear they would rather be doing anything but assisting their customers. I wasn't told important info about replacing my ID on my first visit (that it would take a month to review my info before I could get an ID). When on my second visit I responded with understandable shock upon hearing this and said "are you serious". The receptionist responded with a very rude "Do I look like i'm not serious".
