- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When I first started thinking about buying a home, I went on line and qualified thru a nation wide company. My real estate agent suggested I use somebody local and gave me Crystal Bunting TLC Lending information. I called her and have never felt more comfortable dealing with a professional in the lending field. She treated me with such respect, that I felt like I was qualified to borrow $1,000,000.00. Crystal took the time to not only explain what documents I needed but also the "why" I needed the documents to move forward. She was with me every step of the way, ALWAYS returned my calls timely, and was their for re-assurance when ever I felt nervous. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be able to purchase what I consider my "DREAM HOME!!" Now I am hours away from seeing that dream come true!! I could never had done this w/out Crystal's professionalism along the way. I am looking forward to working with her again and I will definately refer her to others!! As a top agent at Berkshire Hathaway, I need to know my buyers are qualified, so we have no surprises when we write an offer on a home they love. Nothing worse than having to terminate a deal because a lender didn't really qualify them and the buyer can't actually afford a home they love or worse yet, are really not in a position to buy at that time.
